Rates: Are based on single and double occupancy and include a Full Breakfast. Children age 4 and under are our guests. Additional persons $15 per person per day.

Taxes: All rates are subject to 5% PST, 5% GST and 5% Service Charge.
Accommodations: Windermere House offers 70 well-appointed rooms, suites and cottages. All accommodations are air-conditioned, with small fridges, irons and ironing boards and hairdryers. Most with 32” plasma televisions and verandahs.
Minimum Stays: Minimum stays may apply to certain room types and time periods.
Non- Smoking Areas: We are a designated as a non-smoking hotel. No smoking in guests units, hotel or public areas.
No Pets: Sorry no pets allowed.

RESERVATION INFORMATION

Extended Stay Discount: A discount of 5% is available on all stays of between 5 and 9 consecutive nights. A discount of 10% applies on stays of 10 consecutive nights or more.
Seniors Discount Guests: Those aged 60 and over are entitled to an additional discount of 5% on stays of 3 or more consecutive nights.
Reservation Deposit and Cancellation Policy: A deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required with all reservations. The deposit, less an administration fee of $50 is refundable if notice of the reservation cancellation or of an early departure is received by Windermere House not less than 10 days prior to the scheduled check-in time. Incidentals charged to your room during your stay are due on check-out. As is standard with seasonal resorts, no refund will be given if less than 10 days prior notice is given of the cancellation of the reservation or in the event of an early departure.
Windermere House is not responsible for and does not provide credit to patrons, for any non-utilization of facilities or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather, power failure or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Key Deposit: A deposit of $10 per room key is added to your account at the time of check-in and refunded at time of check-out with the return of the keys.
Check-in and Check-out Times: Rooms are not guaranteed to be available until 4pm. Guests are invited to enjoy our facilities if you arrive earlier. Check-out time is 11:30am.
Cots and Cribs: A number of cots and cribs are available at no cost. Please reserve at the time of your room reservation. Cots may not be used in certain rooms due to the configuration and furnishing of the rooms.
