Directions

Windermere House is just over 2 hours by car from Toronto:

North on Highway 400 until Barrie then north on Highway 11.

Continuing on Highway 11 north of Bracebridge look for Highway 141 (at Utterson) exit 207, turn left at the stop sign, which takes you back over the highway.

Follow Highway 141 (turning right at the stop sign, at the intersection of Highway 141 and Muskoka Road 35) continue on Highway 141 for 15km to Muskoka Road 24 (Deebank Road)Turn left on Muskoka Road 24 and continue until the stop sign at the intersection with Muskoka Road 4 (Windermere Road).

Turn right onto Muskoka Road 4 (Windermere Road) 3km to Windermere House.

The closest Regional Airport is the Muskoka Airport which is about 30 minutes away and the closest international Airport is Pearson in Toronto which is about 2.5 hours away.

Of course, if you are visiting Windermere House via float plane, your "runway" awaits immediately in front of us on Lake Rosseau.
